Starbucks is making progress with its Web3 program Odyssey, offering exclusive NFT drops to participants in its program.
In a recent announcement, the company informed participants in the Starbucks Rewards loyalty program who had enrolled in Starbucks Odyssey about an exciting “Airdrop Offer.”
To be eligible for the Airdrop Offer, members needed to complete certain activities associated with at least two Starbucks Odyssey Journeys and own or earn at least one Limited-Edition Stamp by June 5, 2023.
From yesterday onwards and until June 14, 2023, eligible members can expect to find the NFT Stamps credited to their accounts.
Since the airdrop launch, community members have been sharing the NFT artworks they received from Starbucks. Notably, one of the featured artworks was created by the acclaimed artist Jade Purple Brown, and it was exclusively airdropped to a select group of 2,352 members.
Starbucks unveiled its Starbucks Odyssey NFT-based loyalty program in 2022, with the aim of providing holders with new, immersive coffee experiences.
The company began rolling out the beta version of its Starbucks Odyssey program to the first Starbucks Rewards members and partners in the US starting December 2022.
In March 2023, Starbucks launched “The Siren Collection” as part of its Odyssey Web3 program; the collection sold out in just 20 minutes, while in April, the company unveiled “The First Store,” the second NFT collection of its Web3 initiative Starbucks Odyssey.
