Magic Eden has announced yet another exciting news for the Web3 community; this time, the NFT marketplace has shifted its attention to games, launching “Magic Eden Games.”
Magic Eden Games is a hub where Web3 game creators can expand their player bases and communities.
Users will be able to discover the greatest Web3-enabled games, stay up to speed on the latest gaming news and advancements, and grow their web3 gaming communities through the hub.
When partnering with Magic Eden Games, each title will have its own “explore game” page — which will include a game description, studio description, videos and other assets — and a curated game-specific NFT marketplace.
Game developers will also be able to earn money by minting collections on the Magic Eden Launchpad and the secondary market.
This announcement follows the recent release of Magic Eden’s Bitcoin-based NFT marketplace, the first fully audited in the Bitcoin Ordinals ecosystem.
To name a few more efforts, Magic Eden began rewarding users in December — allowing them to earn points when they purchase or trade NFTs — and announced its integration with Polygon in November.
