Leeds United Football Club has released a limited series of NFTs in order to raise funds for the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal, in response to the humanitarian catastrophe created by the ongoing conflict in Eastern Europe.
These limited edition NFTs feature the starting XI’s exclusive ‘no war’ jerseys worn before the Manchester City match.
Each NFT includes a card-style element that depicts the front and back of the player’s shirt, as well as a digital signature from the player in question.
Only one of each NFT will be made available at this time, guaranteeing that each NFT is an exclusive one-of-one and includes a fantastic collection of physical rewards in addition to the digital collectible.
The winner of each NFT auction will receive:
- Digitally signed NFT
- 2x Hospitality tickets for Leeds v Brighton (May 15th, 2022)
- Pitchside tour with LUFC legends
- Attendance to one open training session (Time TBD)
The NFTs are available to purchase via auction from https://makersplace.com/leedsunited/. Users are able to pay by credit card without any need for an existing Crypto Wallet – ETH is also available to use.
