Celebrities such as Kendall Jenner, Kate Moss, J Balvin, and Baz Luhrmann will come together to form a panel of judges, selecting the finest digital artworks for an exclusive NFT collection that will support The Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR).
Artists from around the globe will have until July 10, 2023, to submit their digital creations via Prospect 100, a digital platform dedicated to showcasing artist talents.
According to the brief, artists will be tasked with designing a background that, if chosen by both the voting public and the panel of judges, will be combined with pre-existing foreground characters from amfAR. This collaboration will mark amfAR’s first venture into the world of NFTs.
As an example of amfAR’s created characters, the organization shared an image of a frog dressed in human attire, rendered in a cartoon style.
All proceeds generated from the future sale of this NFT collection, which is yet to have a confirmed date, will be directed toward AIDS-related research.
Joining the aforementioned celebrities on the judging panel will be Alton Mason, Jeff Koons, Francesco Ragazzi, Natalia Vodianova, and Peggy Gou, each bringing their unique expertise and perspective to the selection process.
