This move is a continuation of its initial step toward Web3, which was to file a trademark application to get NFT-based intellectual property for its new products.
In 2004, Crocs became one of Time magazine’s top 50 inventions after selling millions of pairs around the world with celebrities like Kim Kardashian backing it. Its involvement with Web3 will most likely allow the company to keep its dominance while also engaging its audience in a new, more immersive way.
