John Richmond unveiled a partnership with cryptocurrency provider Shiba Inu for the launch of an NFT-based fashion collection later this year.
The announcement coincided with the end of Italy’s Fashion Week and the beginning of Paris’ Fashion Week.
The NFT collection, dubbed “John Richmond x Shib”, will include 10,000 non-fungible tokens that will be released in the second quarter of 2022.
As part of the collaboration, there will also be a fashion show in Milan, Italy, and a clothing line released in boutiques worldwide.

Last month, Gucci released the SuperGucci NFT Collection in collaboration with Superplastic.
In January, Gap launched its first NFT collection to let customers experience its products and brand in a more modern and engaging way.
