Victoria’s Secret has filed four trademark applications indicating its intentions to enter the metaverse.
The renowned American retailer of lingerie, fashion, and beauty products plans to sell virtual goods, such as clothing, footwear, headwear, fashion accessories, and more on the virtual marketplace and in virtual fashion shows.

Additionally, the company plans to offer virtual retail services that would allow customers to buy virtual goods, such as clothing, lingerie, and more.
Daily, new trademark applications are being filed, proving that companies are serious about getting into the metaverse and exposing their brands to a vast audience through a new form of experience that has never been seen before.
Just a few days ago, Panera Bread filed its “Paneraverse” trademark application, and McDonald’s did the same with the intention of offering home delivery services through virtual restaurants.
