One of the rarest bottles of 1800 Tequila, the Mexican tequila brand owned by the Beckmann Family, is up for auction on BlockBar, an NFT platform that provides NFTs tied to physical bottles of wines and spirits.
Prior to her death, famed surrealist artist Leonora Carrington and 1800 Tequila collaborated closely to create the exclusive decanter “El Rey del Tequila,” which pairs well with 1800 Colección’s superior extra añejo tequila. Carrington made only 15 of these silver-sculpted marvels fifteen years ago, and they were never sold to the public.
