Shiba Inu has released more details about its metaverse project.
Shiba Inu stated in a blog post yesterday that its SHIB – The Metaverse project will be accessible by the end of 2023. At that time, users will be able to explore some of the virtual world’s areas.
Although not all parts of the Metaverse will be fully completed by the end of the year, users will be able to use key tools that will allow them to establish their digital identity through the creation and customization of an avatar, build from scratch, and sell their creations.
Shiba Inu has also announced the creation of a brand-new, dedicated Twitter account @mvshib, where all communications and official updates related to the SHIB – The Metaverse project will be posted from now on.
These updates came just a month after Shiba Inu revealed first details of its “Shib the Metaverse” project at SXSW 2023, an Austin-based conference, showing WAGMI Temple, the first hub to be released in its virtual world.
The announcement coincided with the past month’s release of the first beta test of the Shibarium Network, known as PUPPYNET, a low-cost layer 2 blockchain that will power Shib the Metaverse.
