Each property is associated with an NFT, which buyers can purchase and use as proof of ownership. So, through a digital property, individuals are given ownership rights similar to those they would have in actual properties.
People can enjoy and explore their digital homes through the use of VR-enabled devices or simply a desktop, and they’re also able to design and customize all of their properties and goods. They’ll be able to change the furniture, colors, and textures, and display all their digital assets on the walls.

Estate owners will also be part of an exclusive community with social events and fun experiences. Verse Estate will introduce a unique collection of play-to-earn games, accessible from all estates, in collaboration with celebrities such as Vincent Faudemer.
Verse Estate will also organize private metaverse events such as auctions, concerts, and sports activities, bringing the real and virtual worlds together.
All of the Estates will be listed on the Solana network via an NFT collection. Each NFT will serve as a unique key for each apartment’s owner.
