Cryptoys, a prominent player in the world of digital collectible toys, has revealed a collaboration with Disney that will see the iconic Mickey Mouse character turn into a non-fungible token (NFT).
Scheduled for release in September, this initiative will not only feature the beloved Mickey Mouse, but also two other cherished characters: Minnie Mouse and Pluto.
The launch is expected to deliver a distinctive unboxing experience, presenting a series of 15 limited-edition NFTs that will come accompanied by unique accessories.
The NFTs will be categorized into five levels of rarity: Common, Rare, Legendary, Grail, and Ultra Grail. There will be five distinct types for each of the characters—Mickey, Minnie, and Pluto.
Using the Flow blockchain, each of these exclusive NFTs will be minted and made available at a price of $39.99.
Those who manage to collect the entire set will also be rewarded with a special Sorcerer’s Apprentice Mickey Cryptoy.
This collaboration marks a continuation of Cryptoys’ partnership with Disney. In a previous endeavor in May, Cryptoys unveiled an exclusive array of NFTs featuring characters from the Star Wars franchise, perfectly timed for the annual celebration of Star Wars Day on May 4th.
