Lydia, a French startup company, will add trading to its super financial app later this year.
To implement the feature, the company is partnering with Bitpanda.
Users will be able to buy, sell, hold, and hold American and European shares, precious metals, cryptocurrencies, and exchange-traded funds on Lydia’s app.
In addition, users will be able to open a trading account in a few easy steps, and they won’t need to create a separate account from the one they already have.
Users will be able to buy shares instantly for as little as €1 and invest in cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and more.
Lydia started out as a simple payment app for sending and receiving money instantly, but over time it added new features that let users send and receive donations, personal loans, cashback, and more until it added this new feature.
As a result, we can expect additional innovative features for the foreseeable future.
