Emirates Health Services (EHS), the UAE’s top healthcare provider, has launched a metaverse platform to provide virtual medical consultation services.
Users can book a “Metaverse Appointment” through the official website and access psychiatric consultations, the Mental Health clinic, and the Customer Happiness Center.
People are able to get in touch with healthcare professionals who can examine conditions, discuss treatments, and provide care by offering virtual rehabilitation services in physical therapy, autism, and ADHD.
Users can also use the metaverse portal to submit questions, recommendations, and complaints.
This launch aims to stay up with the changing expectations and needs in the medical sector by encouraging innovation and pushing digital transformation.
The mission is to establish virtual clinics and provide consultation services and medications through robotic pharmacies in order to enhance customer satisfaction and build patient confidence by delivering excellent outpatient services and upgrading service channels.
This effort is yet another step by the UAE toward the Web3 revolution. This market has already achieved importance for its own strategy in Dubai and is expected to generate $500 million in income and create 40,000 new jobs in the virtual world.
