COSMETA, a company that provides HR services in collaboration with big and medium-sized businesses in the United States, has revealed aspirations to become the first HR blockchain company.
The company, which began operations in 2021, aims to establish the COSMETA INTERNATIONAL group in Malta in order to provide users with solid blockchain services. It also intends to provide HR services in the metaverse, as well as a variety of other blockchain-based services, such as an NFT marketplace, an NFT exchange, games, and a decentralized crypto exchange.
Crypto International (CRI), the company’s proof-of-stake (PoS) token that runs on the Ethereum blockchain, is a vital COSMETA element. CRI will be at the heart of COSMETA’s restriction-free ecosystem, which will provide consumers a diverse range of goods, including staking.
The COSMETA team has announced that a second-generation wallet would be released in August, which could attract more users. The wallet is built on the Manitou system, which allows CRI users to form groups for mutual aid. It also allows people who make big donations to CRI to receive higher incentives.
The new feature will include a poll in which responders will be able to receive token airdrops. Users may also earn cryptocurrency by publishing their resumes to the portal.
Another significant event on COSMETA’s calendar is the project’s ILO/IDO phase on Unicrypt, which is scheduled to begin in July. This event will contribute to the token’s DEX operations by providing liquidity.
Finally, COSMETA plans to introduce a payment component inside its ecosystem by the end of 2023. By 2025, the project should have a fully operational HR metaverse.
