Binance has announced the issuing of non-fungible token (NFT) certificates to people who successfully complete its academy courses.
The course in question is the Binance Academy’s “beginner track,” dubbed “Blockchain For Everyone,” which includes six lessons on the principles of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and trading, as well as Web3 and the metaverse.
Each lesson lasts around 20 minutes and includes a series of articles that explore the focus point of the lesson in further depth.
By completing all quizzes and courses, learners — with verified Binance accounts — will unlock the NFT certificate, proving their blockchain and crypto knowledge.
Binance has taken its educational objective seriously, with its academy already housing over 280 in-depth articles aimed at spreading information about the Web3 space and allowing people to gain expertise.
Users appear to be Binance’s primary priority; besides offering education, the cryptocurrency exchange has launched a number of initiatives targeted at safeguarding and improving their experience over time.
Binance, for example, decided to tighten the NFT minting rules on its marketplace last month to prevent misuse, scams, or copyright infringements, while at the start of the year, it announced a promotion that allows users to trade selected NFT collections with no trading fees and receive up to 40,000 BUSD in rewards.
