With the release of its phydigital collection Y2C Creatures, the Spanish multinational retail apparel giant ZARA announces its foray into the metaverse.
The collection comprises 10 colorful pieces: a vest, three sweaters, a heart-shaped top, a strapless dress, a turquoise flare pant with feathers, and two skirts, as well as a plethora of accessories: a purse, a choker, a set of earrings, and a pair of boots.
There are also distinctive digital accessories accessible only on Zepeto, such as a wallpaper, a photobooth, different haircuts, and four nail styles.
Users will be able to create their own looks on the app by wearing new pieces from the clothing line, and by sharing a screenshot across social media, they will be entered to win 20,000 coins, with a total of 50 winners.
ZARA has already launched its “Y2K | METAVERSE” section on its website and app, allowing customers to choose whether they want to explore the collection physically, digitally, or both.
