Vera Bradley, the 1982-founded American luggage and handbag design company, has announced the debut of its non-fungible token (NFT) collection.
To commemorate the year the company was founded, the “1982 Collection” includes 1,982 generative NFT backgrounds derived from 40 archived prints. Each NFT piece bears the same characteristics as Vera Bradley prints: optimism, happiness, charm, energy, and joy.
Each NFT costs $19.82 and can be purchased at The World of Vera Bradley.
Proceeds from the sale of NFTs will benefit the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer (the “Foundation”) in recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Vera Bradley is also releasing a limited-edition Jilly Bag in four different vintage Vera Bradley prints to mark the release of this NFT collection.
