The Oregon Ducks are returning with a new NFT effort focused exclusively on women student-athletes at Oregon.
The new NFT series, dubbed “Visions of Flight,” was inspired by Sabrina Ionescu and Sedona Prince, two women at Oregon who have done incredible things to enhance the sport of women’s basketball over the last decade.
Lili Tae created the Visions of Flight NFT collection in collaboration with Sedona Prince and 11 other University of Oregon women athletes.
The one-of-a-kind artwork will be accessible to NFT buyers, but each NFT will remain a surprise until it is placed in the buyer’s wallet.
The proceeds from the sale of Visions of Flight NFTs will be distributed as follows:
- 75% shared equally by participating athletes;
- 25% retained by Division Street to to mitigate project expenditures;
- When a Visions of Flight NFT is resold on a secondary market, a 10% royalty is paid to a wallet formed by Division Street to support the University of Oregon student-athletes.
The Visions of Flight NFT collection will be available for purchase on June 30 at 12 p.m. PST at ducksofafeather.xyz.
