Made in Brazil (MIBR), a leading esports brand in Brazil, has partnered with cryptocurrency exchange Bybit to commemorate its 20th anniversary with the release of a non-fungible token (NFT) collection.
The collection comprises 12 jerseys, each representing the victories and accomplishments that have defined MIBR over the past two decades.
Each jersey boasts a different level of rarity; they range from the standard edition, with only 250 available units, to the ultra-rare version, with only five units.
In terms of benefits for the holders, those who manage to collect all the NFTs in the collection will receive an autographed MIBR jersey. Holding 11 NFTs will grant fans a personal shoutout from their favorite MIBR figure, while buyers owning between 7 and 10 jerseys will receive a discount at the MIBR store and a $BRZ bonus from Bybit.
The MIBR NFT collection will be unveiled on October 24. The NFTs will be released in installments, with two new NFTs being revealed every week starting from the launch date.
Roberta Coelho, the CEO of MIBR, emphasized, “These NFTs are not just a way to celebrate important moments of the organization, but to immortalize them, in addition to connecting us even more with our community.”
While this marks MIBR’s debut NFT initiative, Bybit has consistently engaged in collaborations to bolster companies’ efforts in the Web3 space. In February 2022, Bybit announced its collaboration with the decentralized metaverse fashion brand MIRL, becoming the presenting partner of MIRL and contributing to the advancement of the MIRL Project.
In November 2022, Bybit was part of a joint effort with Oracle Red Bull Racing, a Formula One racing team, and the Azuki creator, Chiru Labs, to introduce NFTs on the team cars for the season finale in Abu Dhabi.
