DreamWorks Animation, a Universal Pictures subsidiary that produces animated films and television programs, has announced a partnership with Web3 platform Gala Games to launch a non-fungible token (NFT) collection.
The NFT collection includes characters from Trolls, an American computer-animated musical comedy film released in 2016 by DreamWorks Animation.
The Trolls VOX collection, which includes 8,888 unique NFT collectibles, will be available on the Coinbase NFT marketplace on October 14.

Fans will be able to claim a mystery blind box NFT at first, then reveal the Troll avatar hidden inside. Holders will then receive a collectible 3D-animated VOX avatar, which promises to be quite useful in the future, particularly within the VOXverse.
The VOXverse is a digital world of Web3 tech that Gala Games is developing in collaboration with The Sims creator, Will Wright, that allows collectors to explore, build memories, play, and earn rewards.
This initiative would allow DreamWorks to continue expanding the DreamWorks Animation Trolls franchise in new and unique ways, providing fans with compelling opportunities to interact with their favorite characters.
