Bulgari‘s virtual adventure continues; this time, the luxury fashion company has worked with ZEPETO, a South Korean mobile chat app in which users create and interact as 3D avatars in different worlds.
The virtual store, which replicates the physical pop-up store and cafe dubbed “Bulgari Sunset In Jeju,” allows people from all over the world to mingle and outfit their avatar in the label’s heritage elegance.
Pieces from the label’s 2022 resort collection, inspired by summer skies, are available for purchase. Online visitors can complete quests and challenges to get access to the resort collection’s clothing and accessories for their avatars, which include B.zero1, Divas’ Dream, and Serpenti jewelry, accessories, and watches.
Bulgari has been a fairly active brand on Web3 so far. Bulgari debuted its new metaverse idea “virtual Rome” in June, along with the world’s thinnest mechanical watch linked to an NFT. Recently, the company collaborated with Temera, Luxochain, and Polygon to create an NFT series inspired by its most recent high jewelry collection.
