Binance recently announced the inclusion of new features to its non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace in a blog post.
The new features will improve access to NFT assets and allow users to explore NFTs from various blockchains and marketplaces.
In addition to the NFTs that are directly listed in the Binance NFT marketplace, a new integration will enable the inclusion of OpenSea NFTs as well.
As a result, the first stage of the marketplace’s upgrade will include the integration of the top 200 OpenSea collections that use the ERC-721 standard.
The integration would enable cross-platform purchases with lower fees, a streamlined checkout experience, and a more efficient NFT deposit process.
In terms of what comes next, Binance stated in its post that it intends to integrate other marketplaces and chains into its NFT marketplace.
Binance has been engaged in a number of efforts within the NFT space, with the goal of providing NFT enthusiasts with valuable assets while also providing a smooth user experience. Its most recent move was a collaboration with Cristiano Ronaldo to release an exclusive NFT collection tomorrow, November 18.
