Patrick Hughes, the creator of “reverspective,” a three-dimensional optical illusion in which the sections of the picture that appear to be the farthest away are actually the closest, will deliver a number of his iconic art pieces as NFTs.
The NFTs part of the Patrick Hughes Series 1 include:
- Contemplating Venice – Provides six reverse perspective planes, with each window, door, balcony, and balustrade pointing to the horizon even while the structure is moving in the other direction. The water’s shimmering reflections and shadows aid in the image’s movement from left to right and up and down.
- Crate Expectations – It looks to travel away towards infinity when viewed from the front, as well as spinning and twisting as the reverspective structure is viewed by a moving observer or video camera.
The ‘reverspective’ NFTs will be available on VeVe app on Saturday, April 30 at 8 a.m. PT for $200.00 each.
Fans may use the VeVe platform to present their digital collections as gigantic 3D dioramas in the app’s virtual showrooms, as well as virtually visit, comment on, and like showrooms from other collectors.
VeVe also has an augmented reality (AR) picture feature that allows collectors to interact with every digital collectible in 3D and share them via VeVe’s in-app social feed or on external social sites.
Furthermore, VeVe employs Ethereum’s layer 2 scaling protocol, Immutable X, which provides a 99.9% reduction in environmental impact.
