NFT marketplace YellowHeart, best known for NFT ticketing, music, and memberships, has teamed up with metaverse Spatial to launch a virtual music venue and bring Web3 ticketing to the metaverse.
This will allow fans to improve their event experience by leveraging NFT technology to tackle common difficulties found in the ticketing industry. For example, acquiring and retaining albums, unique vinyl records, exclusive merch, and immersive visual art as memories.
Furthermore, the partnership with Spatial will allow YellowHeart to introduce exclusive features other than virtual concerts. Some of these include the ability to broadcast multiple screens at once so fans can view what’s going on in different areas of the venue, such as near the stage and the lounge, and the ability to discover and connect with friends without having to switch between multiple avatars to identify them.
Artists will be able to feature digital items of merch and vinyl records that fans may click to purchase during the beta launch.
G.Love is the first musician to perform in the YellowHeart’s concert metaverse. Fans who buy G.Love’s NFT Album will receive a free ticket to his metaverse concert. Other shows will be announced in the coming months.
