Stephen Curry surprised thousands of owners of his first NFT collection with a new birthday cake-themed NFT in their crypto wallets on Monday afternoon to celebrate his 34th birthday.

In December, Curry launched his “2,974” NFT collection just three days after setting the NBA’s all-time 3 point record at Madison Square Garden with 2,974 made field goals from distance.
Each NFT in the collection consists of several emotion-filled sketches of Curry and uses the number “2974” to fill in its physical characteristics.
The individual NFTs all feature a specific three-pointer he made, including the game and the date it occurred.
Of the 2,974 NFTs in the total collection, 28 of Curry’s 3-pointers occurred during a game he played on his birthday. The owners of those special shot moments, like #2671 NFT commemorating last year’s March 14 game, will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to San Francisco to meet Curry, courtesy of FTX.
Celebrating @StephenCurry30's birthday, select @2974collection and b-day cake NFT holders have the chance to attend the experience of a lifetime in San Francisco this summer! Including a meet-and-greet experience with the birthday boy himself! 🏀
