GenTwo Digital and SEBA Bank have expanded their already close strategic partnership.
Both companies (listed in LinkedIn’s list of the best Swiss start-ups of 2021) are leading companies in digital assets and offer premium solutions in this emerging asset class.
SEBA Bank, a bank approved by Finma, a Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority, has announced the launch of a unique platform allowing investors easier access to digital assets through actively managed next-generation investment certificates (AMCs).
This innovative platform offers Swiss asset managers the ability to create AMCs with a Swiss ISIN code and unlimited access to SEBA Bank’s sophisticated portfolio management services.
“We are proud to support SEBA Bank with our expertise in this new strategic turnaround”
Philippe A. Naegeli, CEO of GenTwo.
SEBA Bank’s solution makes it easy for asset managers, commercial institutions, and private offices to construct “bankable” investment products, not just in cryptocurrencies, but also in traditional assets, while simultaneously offering these investment products to their customers as AMCs, avoiding the complexities of designing customized investment projects.
SEBA Bank’s flexible AMC framework enables asset managers, family offices, and commercial institutions to deploy and deliver 100% fully compliant investing strategies to their clients. Depending on the white label approach, banks and asset managers can offer cryptocurrencies or mixed AMCs with their own pricing models.
GenTwo Digital, as a key player and innovator in the securitization sector, supports the implementation and coordination of securitization-related activities. SEBA Bank operates and offers solutions for conventional and crypto-assets. On the platform, clients will be able to trade across a range of “bankable” digital assets offered by SEBA Bank in various fiat currencies.
“As a provider of state-of-the-art securitization platforms, we are proud to support SEBA Bank with our expertise at this new strategic turning point. SEBA Bank’s AMC platform facilitates the implementation of digital assets and will add value to many banks, asset managers, and family offices, enabling them to develop forward-looking offerings.”
