South Korean multinational electronics company LG is showcasing its latest and revolutionary LG TVs and displays at CEDIA Expo 2022, a residential technology expo in Dallas, TX that brings together over 15,000 home tech pros.
The presentation features two “world’s first” LG OLED TVs: the 97-inch G2 OLED evo Gallery Edition TV, the world’s biggest OLED TV, and the world’s first foldable 42-inch OLED TV, the LG OLED Flex.
All of the new TVs and displays have a modern and sleek style and provide amazingly vivid visuals as well as an immersive, cinematic watching experience.
Aside from these “technical” characteristics, further features include NFT support. For example, the LG MAGNIT Micro LED Display, a luxury home display, integrates AI-enhanced processing that is meant to properly display movies, sporting events, or NFT digital artwork.
Support for NFTs was made possible by LG’s recent release of LG Art Lab, an NFT platform that allows webOS 5.0 and later TV owners in the United States to display, buy, and sell NFTs directly from the Home Screen, and for which LG filed a trademark application in July.
The evolution of TVs and displays with the integration of new technologies is evidence that the NFT space is expanding day by day and will probably become an integral part of people’s everyday lives.
